Yes. After synchronization, Maharo resumes the lesson from the exact saved second on Windows or Android.
Why does Android ask for installation permission?
Maharo is provided as a direct APK. Android may ask once for permission to install an app downloaded by your browser.
How do I verify an installer?

How does certificate verification work?
